All selections are at the sole discretion of our curators. 2. License Grant: The artist grants Bloom Radio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to broadcast, reproduce, and communicate the track to the public via our streaming platforms (Infomaniak Radio, website, apps) for promotional purposes only. This does not transfer ownership of the copyright to Bloom Radio. 3. Indemnification: The artist agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Radio, its owners, and Infomaniak (our hosting provider) from any legal claims, demands, or damages arising out of any breach of these terms, including but not limited to copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party material. 4.
