Founder's letter

Violent Blooms is forever defined by creativity. With it however, as always, comes a lot of sacrifice. If you build from ground up, you do not forget your roots. Therefore it needs to be sworn here officially that this company will do its absolute best to ensure most ethical operation of running a business. Instead of exploiting the working force, we want to build it together and find profit along the way. This also means that Violent Blooms cannot scale up quickly in the eyes of potential investors. Whatever measures will be taken from the funding earned, they will be implemented solely to maintain the infrastructure and finance the work that this company shall receive. With this method of operations, while profit is not an ultimate priority, it is still rather important one. This company will cater interest to everyone who feels cheated from earning decent income from creative work.

To build a place where many can belong to, Violent Blooms needs to serve an alternative to modern internet, where many people nowadays feel lost in. As algorithmic streams of random dopamine hits will eventually run dry, there will be nothing to come back to. But the reality is that creativity always lives, forever. For the longest while there was no true proper place to contain it all and expand it to multiple directions. Violent Blooms will be nothing without people building it. Therefore, I declare to have my future important operational decisions to be overseen by people who have invested their time and/or money in seeing it come to fruition. I want to be held accountable for all the changes in company's infrastructure and people's relationships with it. I also declare to be fully transparent whenever there will be issues noted with company's directions. While the ultimate authority of any decisions falls on me, I will do everything to keep Violent Blooms a place to be your true, free expression of yourself.
