Who runs Violent Blooms?
This store is currently operated by the owner of Violent Blooms - Bartosz Kozina (aka Kayduff Bloom).
Are you an independent label?
Among many different services, we do operate Violent Blooms Records under the Publishing line. Yes. All artists receive a fair share of their profits (usually 50/50). It is voluntary to release music via Violent Blooms and artist retains the rights for their work.

Northampton & London, United Kingdom.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Depending on demand. If you missed out and want to purchase a sold-out item, send an email to contact@violentblooms.com or use the contact form to make an inquiry. It is not guaranteed that it will be fulfilled, but the higher the demand, the greater the chance of a restock.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Only if you do it immediately after placing the order. You need to send an e-mail to contact@violentblooms.com, citing the order code and providing correct address.
How often do you release new merch/music?
Every two weeks.
Do you offer gift cards?
No.
How can I stay updated on new releases?
By being subscribed to Violent Blooms newsletter and/or YouTube channel. You will also find updates on Instagram, Tumblr and VB's official website.
Do I need an account to order?
No.
Do you run limited editions or preorders?
Yes, you will be notified of them on YouTube and via newsletter. The pre-order shipment date will be included in the description of the item. You can bundle your pre-orders with in-stock items too.
Do you sell digital downloads?
Yes. You can purchase it separately or bundled with the physical release, downloadable after purchase using a code attached to your invoice.
Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?
You are free to cancel your order anytime before it ships to you. If you want to modify your order, best way to do that is to cancel your order and make a new one.
What should I do if my download link isn’t working?

Do you include lyrics or liner notes with digital albums?
Yes.
Are your digital downloads DRM-free?
Yes.
Are your CDs professionally manufactured or DIY?
Some of them are professionally manufactured, some of them are DIY. It will be mentioned in the description. Regardless, every item will be assembled with care and attention to detail. Additionally, every product ships to you sealed.
How are posters packaged?
In stiff cardboard flat mailers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, using Royal Mail / ParcelForce. Standard flat fee applies for streamlining purposes, regardless of your location. Certain items will be shipped internally from other locations, instances of that will be mentioned in product descriptions.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on your location
UK: 3 to 5 days
International: 1 week minimum.
Best efforts will be taken to ship the item to you as quickly as possible and tracking code will be sent to your e-mail when buying physical items.
I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email - what now?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or be sent another copy. Contact Violent Blooms support via contact@violentblooms.com or by using the contact form with an attachment that proves your package is damaged/lost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
My payment keeps getting declined - what should I do?

What is your return policy?
After your package is delivered, you have 5 days to request a refund and return your item, providing that it's unopened and undamaged. Make sure those two prerequisites are fulfilled, as Violent Blooms reserves the rights to refuse the refund in case if the item is no longer in a good condition. Violent Blooms does accept returns for digital downloads. Violent Blooms does accept offer exchanges, contact e-mail in case if you want to exchange your item for something else of the same price.
Do you offer combined shipping for multiple items?
Yes.
Can you pay in other currencies than GBP?
Unfortunately no. If you want to use your local currency, Violent Blooms store is also available on Bandcamp. However, you will not be able to buy anything other than music related items. If you are not based in the UK, check with your bank if you will be able to process a payment with a foreign currency, most of them will let you do so.
