Our mission

Every artist has stories to tell. And if they are not mainstream, people tend to not listen that often. 5 Questions only limits itself to ask only about the essentials, usually in the heat of the moment. It doesn't matter what profession an artist embodies - the show invites anyone who is underground and creates interesting art.

Our vision

We want to see a movie of the underground, which is the sole essence of Bloom TV. People never had the channel which this massive potential of submissions to make it special together, from which they can also benefit - until now. The Culture Report is for everyone to broadcast amazing content documenting the underground scene. You can grab our Sony Handycam tape camcorder for the challenge too! We welcome anyone from any place in the world to document of something truly noteworthy!
