Our mission

Things are happening where people don't see them. In order to make art, we also need to connect with others. Here at The Culture Report we would like to document the spirit of underground, where it lives and breathes. Borrow your camera from us, and begin to shoot anything relevant happening in local area. We aim for journalistic report, so you can also send your phone footage too or even a text message to inform us of something that just happened now as you just walked by!

Our vision

We want to see a movie of the underground, which is the sole essence of Bloom TV. People never had the channel which this massive potential of submissions to make it special together, from which they can also benefit - until now. The Culture Report is for everyone to broadcast amazing content documenting the underground scene. You can grab our Sony Handycam tape camcorder for the challenge too! We welcome anyone from any place in the world to document of something truly noteworthy!

Coverage is prepared two weeks ahead of publication. Please only submit events scheduled at least two weeks after the premiere date. We cannot feature exhibitions that will have already opened or ended at the time of release.
